Whole Foods Market has named Angela Lorenzen Regional President of the Pacific Northwest region. Lorenzen will work from the company’s regional corporate office in Bellevue.

In the role, Lorenzen will oversee 22 stores located in British Columbia, Washington, and Oregon.

Whole Foods Market has been making its presence known on the Eastside, with plans for a store in Kirkland’s new development The Village at Totem Lake and with the new 365 by Whole Foods now open in Bellevue Square.

“(The Pacific Northwest) cares deeply about natural and organic food and the story behind what’s on their plate,” Lorenzen said in a press release. “I’m focused on empowering our team members to meet the needs of this unique community and providing shoppers with the great experience they expect from Whole Foods Market.”

Lorenzen previously worked in the Northern California region, with various roles such as vice president and executive coordinator of operations.

Angela is a results-driven leader with vast operational experience that has made her an incredible asset to Whole Foods Market,” said David Lannon, executive vice president of Operations at Whole Foods Market.
