Seattle-based commercial real estate firm Urban Renaissance Group LLC and real estate finance and investment management firm PCCP have acquired the Lincoln Executive Center in Bellevue.
As part of the deal, Urban Renaissance Group will recapitalize and invest with PCCP at the 297,000-plus-square-foot commercial office campus, and the partners anticipate exploring a Master Development Plan with the City of Bellevue that will add additional office space to the project.
Now known as Cascade Yard — a tribute, in part, to the site’s history as Dobbins Lumber yard in the mid 1900s — the campus features a new 3,700-square-foot amenities center called The Yard. Highlights of the new amenities center include:
- Indoor and outdoor seating
- A fitness center, shower, and locker rooms
- Training/conference facilities
- A café operated by Walla Walla Farms
The acquisition marks PCCP and URG’s second joint venture, following the recapitalization of Seatac Office Center in Seatac in 2019.
