A North Bellevue commercial office building sustained $1 million in damage due to a three-alarm fire Tuesday night.
Several calls were received after 9 p.m. on May 16 reporting that flames were coming out of the windows at The Columbia Business Park located at 13427 Northeast 20th Street, according to the Bellevue Fire Department.
At least nine business offices were impacted by fire and smoke damage, however, the fire department states that by cutting holes in the roof, they were able to prevent the fire from spreading to more than half the building.
