Stifel Financial Corp. is one of the first office tenants to move into the new Lincoln Square Expansion
A national wealth management investment company, Stifel made the move to its new 14,000-square-foot office space, designed by JPC Architects, at the Lincoln Square Expansion on Feb. 17 from its previous location at 205 108th Avenue N.E. in Bellevue.
“We’ve served investors in the Northwest for more than 25 years, previously as Ragen MacKenzie and now as the RMG Group of Stifel,” branch manager Mark McClure said in a press release. “We believe Lincoln Square is the perfect place to build on our legacy in the region. Our new space will give us room to grow and help us attract new financial advisors who share our client-focused philosophy. It will be the center of activity in Bellevue and an exciting place to work.”
Kemper Freeman, CEO and chairman of Kemper Development Company, is excited to welcome Stifel to the Lincoln Square Expansion, which Kemper Development Company owns and developed.
“We are delighted that Stifel has selected Lincoln Square for its new Bellevue office,” Freeman said in a press release. “They provide an important service to their clients and by moving their office into Lincoln Square Expansion, they can also provide the convenience that comes from being part of The Bellevue Collection with its easy access and wealth of restaurants, shops, and other services.”
