SoulCycle is opening its first Pacific Northwest studio in Bellevue, in the Lincoln Square Expansion in early 2017. SoulCycle offers a variety of different cycling-based classes that provide a full body workout with the added help of hand weights and core work. On average, indoor cyclists burn between 500-700 calories in 45 minutes, according to the company.
Beginner friendly, SoulCycle also has a one-hour Soul101 class for beginners during which everyone can get personal attention from instructors. Additionally, every class is adaptable to all fitness levels. The SoulCycle mobile app also helps people track their progress. SoulCycle’s mission is not to just change bodies, but to change lives. The studio space will feature candlelight, music, and instructor support to help cyclists let loose and sweat. For more information and class schedules, visit soul-cycle.com.
