In anticipation of an economic boom on the Eastside, Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty opened a new regional branch in downtown Bellevue. Located at 10237 Main St., the two-story building will include a café, cocktail lounge, real estate showroom, event center, co-working lounge, and executive offices — all of which is now under construction while interior operations commence on the lower level.
“Bellevue is one of the fastest-growing markets in the region and the area has experienced a number of exciting changes that will appeal to those looking for culture, style, outdoor adventure, and world-class living,” Dean Jones, president and CEO of Realogics Sotheby’s International Realty said in a statement. “We’ve assembled a world-class team to create a dynamic retail experience upon entry and we look forward to serving the greater Eastside from this unique venue on Old Main Street.”
The amenities of the new regional branch — which will span 3,200 square feet upon estimated completion in March 2020 — will be available to Realogics Sotheby’s International Reality and its preferred lender, Caliber Home Loans. The space is located next to Bis on Main, and is proximate to the City of Bellevue’s Grand connection, which links myriad parts of the city to one another for convenient pedestrian and bike access.
Realogics Sotheby’s International Reality will soon celebrate 10 years in the Seattle area, with its first Belltown office opening Feb. 23, 2010, and with offices opening on the Eastside in 2014 and 2015.
