Copper Public House brings modern twist to classic American fare

Snoqualmie restaurant Copper Public House celebrated its grand opening July 27, bringing its menu of biscuits, brunch, and brews to the community. Formerly the site of Glass and Bottle Bistro, owner Tawni Christansen is excited to share what she calls an “exquisitely raw experience,” with Snoqualmie-area residents and visitors.

“This brand is built for families, friends, and just about anyone to swing by for quality food and drink. We’ve installed a tap system for craft beer, created the best cocktails in town, and developed a downright delicious dinner and brunch menu,” Christansen said.

The menu at Copper Public House was created around classic American bites, but with a “modern, rugged twist.” Anticipated favorites include hazelnut biscuit French toast with rum caramelized bananas and mascarpone whipped cream for brunch; steamed clams with lemon garlic wine sauce, parsley butter, and greens served with biscuits for a slightly sophisticated dinner; and desserts like pot de crème and chocolate state of mind.

Copper Public House’s chef Jed Lutge has previously been complimented by the Seattle PI, which wrote, “Comfort food doesn’t get any better than this. Lutge cooks flat out fabulous food.”

The recently opened restaurant is located at 7819 Center Blvd. SE, Snoqualmie.
