Seattle ranks as the third best city to get a job in the nation, up two spots from 2015, according to a report released today by Glassdoor, a salary data and recruiting website. San Jose took the No. 1 spot, followed by San Francisco.

The annual report was compiled by comparing the 50 most populated U.S. metropolitan areas in four areas: hiring opportunity, cost of living, work-life balance, and job satisfaction.

User interface and user experience, along with data scientist and engagement manager, are listed as the “hot hobs” in Seattle, according to Glassdoor. Fellow tech hubs in the Bay Area also listed data scientist , solutions architect, engagement manager, HR manager, and junior graphic designer.

Glassdoor listed more than 103,000 job openings listed in Seattle, less than San Francisco’s 121,000. Seattle’s median base salary also was listed lower at $85,000 with San Francisco at $88,000 and San Jose at $112,000. While salaries in the Puget Sound still fall below those in Silicon Valley, the median home value is still well below those in the Valley. According to Glassdoor, median home value in Seattle is $382,700, while San Francisco and San Jose show $806,600 and $965,500 respectively.

Boston came in at No. 4 and Washington, D.C. rounded out the top five.
