“Out with the old, in with the bold.” It’s a saying the Robert Graham fashion brand celebrates. Self proclaimed as “American Eclectic,” Robert Graham recently opened a new location at Bellevue Square. Other high-end retailers located in the mall helped draw the company to Bellevue.

“Bellevue Square attracts over 16 million visitors annually and we are very excited about opening our new store for the first time in Washington,” Michael Buckley, Robert Graham’s CEO, said in a statement. “The destination attracts exceptionally fashionable consumers that will serve the Robert Graham brand well.”

The new store carries men’s sportswear, premium denim, furnishings, accessories, outerwear, footwear, and jewelry collections, as well as women’s sportswear. But be prepared for some bright, daring items. The line’s fabrics and trims are designed in-house and often sway from classic prints, especially on the men’s side.

The 2015 line has a shirt with a giant English bulldog wearing a top hat and walking down the cobble streets of London. The originality in Robert Graham can be dramatic and downright awesome. Colorful print shirts for women, in addition to dresses, tops, skirts, and dresses, also are in stock. However, the women’s line is not nearly as large.

The store at Bellevue Square also stocks the brand’s loungewear and tailored clothing categories. But Robert Graham isn’t all that new to the Eastside. The line also is available at Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus.
