Bellevue-based Overlake Medical Center & Clinics announced today that it has acquired Washington Urology Associates, expanding Overlake’s urology and urogynecology care.

Washington Urology Associates clinics will now be known as Overlake Clinics – Urology. The group will provide care at three locations in Bellevue, Issaquah, and Kirkland, and will include eight providers.

Terms of the deal were not released.

“We are excited to welcome Washington Urology into our dynamic and growing medical group,” Dr. Kelan Koenig, chief physician executive at Overlake Medical Center & Clinics, said in a news release. “This highly regarded group of urological specialists expands the scope of services we provide for our patients and advances our goal of providing integrated and comprehensive care for our community.”

Dr. Khanh Pham, medical director of Overlake Clinics – Urology, added, “Joining Overlake will allow us to better collaborate with its existing network of providers as well as offer our patients the abundance of resources and services that exist at Overlake. This includes pelvic physical therapy and cancer survivorship services and the ability to provide comprehensive programs for women’s and men’s health.”
