Nytec, headquartered in Kirkland with offices in China and India, is a full-service design and engineering consulting firm that provides solutions for on-demand consumer lifestyle products. Allow us to break it down for you: The company makes beautifully designed and practical lifestyle technology, like 3D printed materials, headsets, and smartphones. It works with Tier 1 global and Fortune 100 companies, like Amazon, Oculus, and Expedia, to deliver products and an experience. Nytec has won awards for its “first-of-a-kind” design, and the 40-year-old company has an in-house team of designers and engineers that makes it all happen. We visited the Product Innovation Center in Kirkland for a behind-the-scenes look into a sleek office that matches the sophistication of the company. “The way we work and the environment we work in helps our employees solve problems creatively,” said Vince Ball, vice president of product innovation. “The quality of the environment represents the company’s principles and keeps our employees focused on quality and precision delivery.”
