In the heyday of Black Friday shopping, don’t forget to spread the love the locally this weekend. On Nov. 30th, cities across the Eastside are celebrating Small Business Saturday. The event is intended to spotlight local businesses during the busiest shopping weekend of the year. So, whether you’re gift-hunting for a special someone or just looking to treat yourself, you’ll find plenty of deals and events across the Eastside. Here are a few Small Business Saturday locales worth checking-out:

Cross holiday shopping off your list at Issaquah’s Holiday Shop at the Historic Shell Station. Curated by So, There’s Alison Lang, goods from local artists and makers will be available from noon to 6 p.m. And if you can’t make it Saturday, don’t despair — the shop will run Fridays through Sundays from Nov. 29th to Dec. 29th. Find more information at Downtown Issaquah’s website.

The Duvall Chamber of Commerce invites you to “Shop Small, Eat Local,” this weekend in honor of Small Business Saturday. More than a dozen businesses will participate city-wide, and they’ll be offering everything from deals to refreshments. For a list of all the shops and eateries on board, visit the Chamber’s Facebook page.

The Bellevue Arts Museum will highlight local artists and businesses at an all-day pop-up market this Saturday. Potters, designers, chocolatiers, and more will congregate at the Museum Store from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Museum members can start their shopping an hour early and avoid the holiday crowds.
