Have you ever dreamed of having a gourmet kitchen space?

Conner Homes is making those dreams a reality by tapping local chef John Howie to design “signature kitchens” that will be featured in a new development project in the Holmes Point area.

Key elements will include Woodbrook cabinets, built-in spice drawers, wine storage, oversized islands, and appliances like a 48-inch range with six burners.

“Kitchens have long represented the heart of the modern home. Now more than ever, they deserve extra care and consideration,” Conner Homes’ President Michael Lorenz said in a press release.

Luxury won’t end in the kitchen for this project. The Heron homes, which will take up between 3,500 and 3,800 square feet, will also include covered decks with views of Lake Washington, up to five bedrooms, and media rooms.

The family-driven Conner Homes has been building homes in the Northwest for the last 60 years.

Construction for the five new homes featuring John Howie Signature Kitchens will begin this summer. Pricing starts in the $2 millions, according to the release.
