The flexible office space company, extraSlice — The Place for Tech™, has leased an additional 16,450 square feet of space on the second floor of the Benaroya I-90 building in Bellevue. The company now leases a total of 39,000 square feet in the building, which is owned by Eastgate RE Ventures.
“extraSlice’s expansion speaks to the acceleration of leasing activity in the I-90 corridor,” said Jeff Livingston of Colliers International. Livingston is one of the brokers who represented Eastgate RE Ventures in the transaction. “The renovation of T-Mobile’s corporate headquarters just a few blocks away is having a snowball effect on nearby buildings as both T-Mobile and its vendors seek temporary space to house displaced employees. extraSlice hopes to capture some of that velocity through more opportunity at Benaroya I-90.”
The building is located at 3600 136th Pl. SE. Approximately 23,600 square feet remains to be leased.

It fosters an emerging virtual tech community platform that enables companies to collaborate, grow and connect. The space is designed for companies at all stages of development, from startup to enterprise.
