For everyone watching and waiting, it’s almost time to clink glasses to another great wine venue opening in Woodinville. The DeLille Cellars Grand Preview Taste and Tour Weekend dubbed “Uniquely DeLille Cellars” is set for Nov. 29-Dec. 1. It will celebrate the completion of the new tasting room and retail tower at Woodinville’s Hollywood Station in the former Redhook Brewery location — guests at the event will get the sneak peek before DeLille opens to the public in December.

Tickets are $30 and go on sale Nov. 19. Guests will be greeted with a souvenir glass as they enter an open, modern, and sleek three-story venue, where they will sip wines, enjoy cheese pairings, live music, and more. They will get to experience the private tasting rooms and the cozy library room. The rooftop deck is the star of the space thanks to the views and the mezzanine that overlooks rows of barrels and the winemaking facilities.

DeLille is one of Woodinville’s oldest and largest wineries — and CEO Tom Dugan is excited to welcome guests and have all the operations in one amazing space. “We can’t wait to open our doors and showcase DeLille’s new home,” Dugan said. “This will mark the first time since 1998 that we’ve had our winery and retail operations under one roof, and with the adjacent access to winemaking and a unique three story tasting room tower, we’re very excited to welcome wine club members and guests to share connections, create joy, and experience our passion for Washington wine.”

DeLille’s director of winemaking, Jason Gorski, said it is the perfect backdrop to showcase their world-class wines. “It has been incredibly rewarding to repurpose the iconic Redhook Brewery and I hope it will continue to be a hub for the local community and a beacon for wine lovers.”

Grand Preview weekend also lands during DeLille’s annual Blanc Friday, Cabernet Monday, and Drink D2 Day annual celebrations. Those in attendance will receive best-of-the-year offers extending throughout the weekend. The winery’s third-annual Drink D2 Day celebration is on Dec. 2 (get it)? D2 Day tastings will be more casual and available at the door on a first-come basis. The online reservation system will be live on Nov. 19 here.
