Conversion Logix, a Bothell-based digital advertising agency that specializes in the multi-family housing and senior living markets, has acquired Ascendance Digital Media, also known as AdsUpNow, a digital marketing and technology company that specializes in the automotive and retail sectors. The acquisition, structured as a unit exchange, will merge the two companies into one.
“The acquisition will benefit customers of both Conversion Logix and AdsUpNow,” Jeff Jobe, Conversion Logix co-founder and CEO, said in a statement. “The combined entity will be able to dedicate more resources to creating digital software solutions that we can deploy in the residential, automotive, and local business markets.”
Jobe founded Conversion Logix along with Dave Pavlu, chairman and president, in 2010. The rapidly-growing company, which currently employs 28 people, has doubled its sales volume almost every year since.
AdsUpNow was founded by Pavlu in 2008. The company, which employs 11 people, helps businesses increase traffic and revenue through digital advertising, and has developed software tools that drive conversions and measure campaign success.
The two companies not only share a founder, AdsUpNow has shared its technology tools with Conversion Logix as well.
“We are combining two companies that are both customer-driven, expedient, and obsessed with conversion and key performance indicators,” said Pavlu. “As a single digital marketing and advertising technology company, we will be able to bring tested and proven solutions to our customers more quickly and take advantage of the significant growth opportunities within our target markets.”
The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
