Coldwell Banker Bain, a high-end real estate network affiliate with Coldwell Banker, launched its new marketing brand, Global Luxury.

Global Luxury puts highly-sought after luxury homes to the forefront for national and international buyers with “sleek, modern marketing materials, breathtaking visuals, first-in-class signage, and an improved web presence,” according to the company.

Coldwell Banker Bain CEO Bill Riss said in a press release, Global Luxury will connect to 750,000 agents across multiple international brands and syndicate listings globally.

“According to the National Association of Realtors, $100 billion in U.S. property sales each year can be attributed to international buyers,” Riss said.

Coldwell Banker Bain is one of the largest real estate companies in the country, with 31 offices in Washington and Oregon, including its corporate office in Bellevue.
