PCC Natural Markets will cut the ribbon on a new location in Canyon Park neighborhood of Bothell on July 12. This will be the natural food market’s 11th location.

The new location at 22621 Bothell Everett Highway is one of four on the Eastside, with other locations in Issaquah, Kirkland, and Redmond. There are also PCC Natural Market locations in Edmonds and Seattle.

Bothell store director Celeste Coxen previously served in the role at the Redmond and Issaquah locations.

“From Canyon Park and Maywood to Kenmore and Mill Creek, we are thrilled to meet our new neighbors in Bothell and to be a part of this unique and growing city,” Coxen said.

The store will hold a grand opening bash at 9 a.m. July 12. Rather than do the typical ribbon cutting, PCC will have an organic pineapple cutting to mark the opening of the store. Regular business will begin at 9:30 a.m., once festivities are over.

PCC is the largest consumer-owned natural food market in the nation, with $250 million in annual sales and a membership base of more than 56,000 members.

There’s been a cart full of Eastside grocery news lately. Whole Foods announced a new location in the Village at Totem Lake, as well as announced a new 365 store coming to Bellevue.
