Bellevue-based systems management company Adaptiva today announced it has appointed Jim Souders as its new chief executive officer. In his new role, Souders, formerly Adaptiva’s chief operations officer, will help lead the company into its next phase of evolution and growth.

“Since Jim joined Adaptiva in 2015, the company has executed with unparalleled excellence across all areas of business including sales, marketing, support, customer engagement, and partnerships,” said Dr. Deepak Kumar, chief technology officer and founder of Adaptiva.

Souders, who has previous leadership experience working for companies like Dorado Software, looks forward to helping the company in its continued growth.
