Aboda, the Northwest’s largest corporate housing provider and the 5th largest in the nation, has moved its headquarters from Redmond to Woodinville.

Founded in 1988, Aboda’s services include corporate housing, regional furniture rental and sales, property management, and cleaning services to residential and commercial customers.

The former Redmond location encompassed 39,000 square feet and had different divisions of the company in separate buildings. The move to Woodinville occurred largely in part so that Aboda could have a more united workforce. This is the first time that Aboda has had its associates and business operations under one roof.

“Our rapid growth, combined with the business efficiencies and corporate culture advantages of having everyone under a single roof was the main motive behind our move to Woodinville,” Marketing Manager Jocelyn Haugen wrote in an email. “Aboda can now continue to grow the business more efficiently in an 86,000 square feet space while enhancing our corporate culture.”

The Woodinville headquarters is located on Woodinville-Snohomish road north of State Route 522. The new space has a 60,000 square foot warehouse, 12 loading dock doors, and commercial laundry and dishwasher machines.

“It’s been business as usual for all Aboda employee-owners since moving into the building on Oct. 5,” Haugen wrote. “Throughout the month, our teams have put in an extraordinary amount of work to get our two Redmond warehouses consolidated and moved to Woodinville, making us fully operational and able to deliver our services to all of our customers.”
