A new COVID-19 testing station is coming to the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Wednesday, April 7. The testing facility, hosted by XpresCheck, has a daily testing capacity of more than 500 tests. It will administer both the Rapid Molecular COVID-19 Test and the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test to passengers ages 5 and up.

The testing center is located pre-security on the baggage claim level near Carousel 9. Media will be able to preview the testing area beginning at 9 a.m. Public opening is scheduled by appointments only beginning at 10 a.m.

The center will be open five days a week from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

To make an appointment, passengers can visit here and fill out the registration forms. For the Rapid Molecular COVID Test, results are ready within 30–45 minutes. For all other tests, passengers can check their patient portal for results between three and five days.

The new testing facility is the first that XPresCheck has opened on the West Coast.
