Jujubeet will open a second Bellevue location with a splash on April 14. The artisan juice bar has an existing Bellevue location (10602 NE 9th Place) next to Top Pot Doughnuts, but will be opening a larger and expanded store on Main Street. Alongside the new location, the juicery is updating its menu with additional raw and vegan dishes. Keeping up with the vegan food trend, it’ll also have vegan cheeses and desserts.
Jujubeet will be a healthy addition to Main Street. They use whole, unprocessed ingredients in their food and smoothies. Co-founders Bianca Szyperski and Mala Raman started the company for people who wanted healthy food on the go.
“People can come in, and no matter what they order, what they’re getting is made out of all natural and pure ingredients. It’s good for them,” Syzperski said when they opened the first Bellevue location. Szyperski and Raman also have storefronts located in Redmond, West Seattle, and University Place.
Nearly everything on the menu incorporates vegetables. From a Power Green kale and spinach smoothie to the Aztec Quinoa Salad, there’s a lot of fresh, wholesome produce in the Jujubeet kitchen. The juicery also offers breakfast items such as the Muesli Bowl topped with fresh fruit.
The grand opening of the new Jujubeet store will be on Thursday, April 14, showcasing new decor by H2 Design + Build.
