The Bond will feature a 1.5-acre urban forest, outdoor courtyard, and sports complex

MainStreet Property Group LLC announced last week the ground breaking of a 139-unit multi-family residential building — The Bond — across from Marymoor Park, near downtown Redmond.

This complex is the first co-investment between Grosvenor — one of the worlds largest independent global property companies — and MainStreet Property Group. The Bond is scheduled to open in late 2018 and will feature 139 high-end apartment homes in two separate buildings. Located nearby the north end of Lake Sammamish and adjacent to Marymoor Park, this setting revels in Pacific Northwest beauty.

The name of the complex — The Bond — illustrates the community experience of culture, music, nature, and art. The property will have many high-end features such as a two-story lobby and media room, fitness center, lounge, large sports court, and exclusive outdoor patio.

With an emphasis on the outdoors in this project — the eco-friendly plan will preserve more than 75 trees on the land, which have lived their for years. Beyond the on-site amenities and forest, the Marymoor Trail and park across the street will provide opportunities for residents to walk and enjoy outdoor events.
